We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us adequate time to fill the vacant slot and accommodate other clients. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, will result in a charge of $50. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is still enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. In our desire to be effective and fair to all therapist and clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment on the full amount whatever service they booked.
